hustings court 〈英〉市法院 具有与治安法院类似的刑事案件管辖权的一种城市治安法院〔city police court〕。旧时伦敦市的郡法院即用此名称。此外，在约克〔York〕、温彻斯特〔Winchester〕和林肯〔Lincoln〕等地区也有此种法院。
