inspeximus 〈拉〉〈英〉已经检阅 用于开封特许状〔letters patent〕的开头。之所以如此，因其起首语以国王名义〔Crown〕宣称，「我们已检阅以前这样的特许状的登录〔enrollment〕」，此后即可逐字逐句记载授予的特权。
