judicial control (1)司法官员控制 指法院对其官员(如争讼财产管理人〔receiver〕、审断人〔referee〕、主事官〔master〕)履行职责情况的管理。 (2)司法控制 指法院行使其管辖权宣布立法或行政行为因为违宪而无效。 (3)(大陆法)司法控制 指如果承租人的违约不严重，或者违约并非是由承租人造成的，或者是由于对事实存在善意的误解，法庭可以拒绝撤销租赁合同的原则。
