nullo est erratum (plea) 无错答辩 在原审法院纠错程序〔coram nobis proceeding〕中被告针对原告提出的错误陈述书〔assignment of error〕而作出的答辩，相当于一项法律抗辩〔demurrer〕，表示原告所述错误不存在，或尽管原告所列错误属实，但不构成法律上的错误。
