peace bond 〈美〉治安保证金 责令具有破坏治安危险的人保证不违反社会治安而交纳的保证金。基本上是一种附条件的罚金，条件成就时付款人可以取回保证金。在处理家庭暴力行为时甚为有效。治安保证金程序是否违宪有严重争议，因而很少有地区实施。
