testatum n. 〈美〉 (1)协助执行令；第二次执行令 指由一县的法院在被告人不在本县境内时，向本州内被告人或其财产所在的另一县的行政司法官发出的令状。如法院已对案件作出判决，并签发了拘留还债令〔ca.sa.〕后，行政司法官在执行回呈中说明被告人不在本县境内，这时，法院即可发出协助执行拘禁令〔testatum ca.sa.〕，要求被告人所在另一县的行政司法官将被告人拘禁或扣押其财产。 (2)连署证明条款；证明条款 指财产转让契据中的连署证明条款。
