traditio brevi manu 〈拉〉(罗马法)简易交付 拟制交付〔constructive delivery〕的一种，指将某物的间接占有〔mediate possession〕交于已获得该物直接占有〔immediate possession〕的他人,亦即,当某人已经以他人的名义占有某物,则只需其与该他人达成合意,由占有人在此后以自己的名义占有该物,即已完成交付,而无需实际交付。
