warranty deed (所有权)担保契据；(所有权)担保书 出让人用以保证货物所有权明确和完整的文书。它通常明确载有有关被转让所有权品质的约定。在美国的一些州，制定法往往从当事人使用的某些专门语词，诸如「转让」〔grant〕字样，而推断存在该类担保约定。通常的所有权担保契据包括对占有、使用收益、转让、免于受到财产负担以及对于所有权利主张进行抗辩等的权利所提供的担保。亦作「general warranty deed」;「full-covenant-and-warranty deed」。 (→quitclaim deed；special warranty deed)
