wash sale 〈美〉虚假交易；虚售；冲销交易 １在短时期内出售某种资产又购进相同或类似资产的行为，其目的往往是为了避税。美国国内税务署规定，如在股票出售之前或之后的30天内购进同一股票，则出售股票造成的损失不能抵减应税收入；２股票经纪人在收到两个客户相同股票不同交易方向的委托指令时，没有按规定分别执行两种指令，而只是把一个客户账上的股票转移到另一个客户账上，并将差价据为己有。这种做法是证券交易委员会所禁止的非法交易做法。
