unanimous (yoo-nan-[schwa]-m[schwa]s), adj.

1. Agreeing in opinion; being in complete accord (the judges were unanimous in their approval of the recommendation).

2. Arrived at by the consent of all (a unanimous verdict). See unanimous consent under CONSENT(2); unanimous vote under VOTE(3).
