utlagation ([schwa]t-l[schwa]-gay-sh[schwa]n), n. [Law Latin] Hist. The act of placing an offender outside the protection of the law; outlawry. — Also termed utlagatio. Cf. INLAGATION; OUTLAWRY(2).
