A search service that locates the current duty station of a member of any branch of the United States military services, esp. for enforcing the service member’s child-support obligations. • Each branch of the armed forces maintains a worldwide locator service that is available to military and nonmilitary persons, their counsel, and Title IV-D agencies. Use of the locator service requires the member’s full name and social-security number.
