alia enormia 〈拉〉(古)其他不法行为 其字面意义即为「other wrongs」。指在普通法的侵害之诉〔trespass〕中，原告在诉状中列举特定的不法行为或伤害行为后所用的正式结束语。在现代诉状中，则是以「以及对原告实施的其他不法行为等」〔and other wrongs to the plaintiff then did, etc.〕作结。
