A doc-ument affirming that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has allowed and recorded a trademark or servicemark. • The certificate identifies (1) the registered mark, (2) the date of first use, (3) the type of product or service that the mark applies to, (4) the registration number and date, (5) the registration’s term, (6) the original application date, and (7) any conditions or limitations on registration.
