Lands Tribunal
Lands Tribunal 〈英〉土地裁判所 根据1949年的《土地裁判所法》〔Lands Tribunal Act〕设立，负责裁决有关对强制取得土地的补偿、限制性协议〔restrictive covenants〕的废除或修改以及其他特定事项方面的问题，并受理对地方评估法院〔local valuation courts〕裁决的上诉。对土地裁判所所作裁决的上诉可以案情陈述〔case stated〕的方式向上诉法院提出。

Lammas lands 〈英〉秋后共牧地 指庄稼收割完之后向其他共牧地的所有人及其他居民开放以使之能在此放牧牲畜的耕地或草地。这种土地因此也被定义为，保有人在半年的时间里对土地拥有绝对的所有权，而在另半年里则在其土地上附加了开放并允许他人在其上放牧牲畜的义务。该词来源于以前共牧期的计算是从收获节〔Lammas Day〕到春季结账日〔Lady Day〕为止这一事实。
