quorum bonorum

quorum bonorum (kwor-[schwa]m b[schwa]-nor-[schwa]m). [Latin] Roman law. A praetorian interdict by which a person was allowed to take possession of an estate. See BONORUM POSSESSIO CONTRA TABULAS.
