real statute real statute, 物权法 real statute (1)物权法 主要用以规范财产关系的法律或法规，除与财产有关的以外，不涉及人的因素。 (2)属物法 在一国国内的物则受该国法律调整，该调整物权关系的法律，即为属物法(亦作「real law」)。它与属人法〔personal statute〕相对，后者无论该人处于何处，均可追及适用。
