不动产转让法

Conveyancing Acts 〈英〉不动产转让法 指以1874年《不动产买卖法》〔Vendor and Purchaser Act〕和1881年《不动产转让法》〔Conveyancing Act〕为主的一批相关法律的总称。这些法律后为1925年《财产法》〔Law of Property Act〕所代替和扩充。
