not to interrupt
not to interrupt 不得中断；不得阻碍 这是单边契据〔deed poll〕中常见的用语。单边契据中如写明「the grantees are not to interrupt the grantor during the latter’s lifetime on the said premises」(被授予人不得在授予人生存期间阻碍授予人对该财产的占有)，那就意味着授予人在其期间仍享有该财产的占有权。 (→covenant to stand seised)
