substantial performance (合同的)实质履行 指对某一份合同虽非完全履行〔full performance〕，但已善意地根据合同履行了其中主要的、必须的内容。该种履行仅与合同规定存在某些细小的或相对次要的不同。 (→substantial performance doctrine)
