销售条件

conditions of sale 销售条件；拍卖条件 指出卖要约中作出或被承诺的条件，亦可特指拍卖的内容。通常作成书面形式，例如拍卖目录〔auctioneer’s catalogue〕，并应置备于拍卖场所以供公众在拍卖前查阅。在英格兰，出售土地的条件通常适用《事务律师协会销售条件》〔Law Society’s Conditions of Sale〕与《全英销售条件》〔National Conditions of Sale〕。
