bailee n. (1)被保释人(→bail) (2)受托人 指根据寄托合同〔bailment〕接受并保管寄托财产的人，但其并不获得财产所有权。美国《统一商法典》〔U.C.C.〕第7-102条规定，「受托人」是指根据仓单、提单或其他所有权凭证，承认占有货物并依约交付的人。(→bailment)
