bigamus (古)重婚者 1罗马法的重婚者,包括:结过两次婚的人;在不同时间连续娶两个妻子的人;有两个活着的妻子的人;同寡妇结婚的人。2教会法的重婚者,指所有缔结了两次婚姻的神职人员。1267年的教会法规定犯有此罪者不享有神职人员特权〔benefit of clergy〕,1547年的法律废除了这一规定。
