bill chamber 〈苏格兰〉撤销法庭 苏格兰最高民事法院〔Court of Session〕的一个法庭，始于1532年，因向该法庭呈交的诉状〔Bills〕或申请而得名。该法庭由法院中的初级常任法官〔junior Lord Ordinary〕主持，有自己的工作人员和诉讼程序。该法庭曾一度取得除撤销判决之外的某些特别管辖权，如某些形式的强制执行〔diligence〕，批准中止强制执行〔suspension〕等。1933年被废除。
