bills in a set 全套提单；整套提单；成套提单 由数份彼此独立的提单共同构成的一套提单。每一份提单作为全套提单的一个组成部分，应单独编号，且仅在货物未凭其余各份提单交付时方为有效。在传统的海上货物运输中，各份提单分别或以不同方式寄送，即使其中一份提单丢失，收货人亦可凭其他数份提单中的任何一份提取货物。通常情况是，应托运人的要求，承运人一般签发正本提单三份，承运人与收货人凭任何一份正本提单完成货物交付后，其余正本提单作废。
