blue-ribbon jury 〈美〉蓝带陪审团 由具有特别资格的人(受过最高教育的、最有知识的人)组成的陪审团，也称特别陪审团〔special jury or struck jury〕，用来审理复杂的民事案件。有时也指大陪审团，尤指用来调查政府腐败行为的大陪审团。对有些案件法律规定要由特别陪审团来审理，有时也可依当事人的申请而获得。对由更为杰出的人士(通常为某一专业领域的专家)组成的陪审团，也称为blue-blue-ribbon jury。
