change of venue 审判地的变更 指将在一地已经开始的案件移至另一地审判，也指在同一地域内将案件从一个法院移至另一法院审判。在刑事案件中如法院感到在该审判地由于偏见而不能使被告人得到公正审判时，将会同意变更审判地；在民事案件中，为保证诉讼公正或为方便当事人诉讼也可以允许变更审判地。
