claim jumping 〈美〉强夺权利；强夺他人(采矿)权 １将采矿权的边界予以扩张，侵犯到他人的地域或权利；２利用他人原有权利的瑕疵，请求让自己获得与之相同的权利。主要指强夺他人采矿权或土地等所有权，即利用公地采矿者或其他权利人等完善其权利请求以符合法定方式之机，通过对同一地块以法定方式提出权利请求来获取该地，而不管他人先前占有的效力。
