class voting 团体投票；集体投票指依照法律或公司章程享有投票表决权的全部股东，依照其所持股票的种类的不同而形成不同的投票团体〔voting group〕，即同一种类股票的所有持有人形成一个投票团体。在股东会议上对某一事项进行投票表决时，各投票团体在投票计数时分别计算。 (→voting group)
