Clayton Act
Clayton Act 〈美〉《克莱顿法》 作为规定反垄断规则和不公平贸易行为的《谢尔曼反垄断法》〔Sherman Antitrust Act〕的修正而于1914年颁布的一部联邦法律。该法禁止在实质上减损竞争或意图在任何商业领域导致垄断的价格歧视、搭售、独占性交易、兼并、互兼董事职位等行为。
