Clerk of Enrollments 〈英〉 (1)(衡平法院)登记书记官依1842年《衡平法院法》〔Court of Chancery Act〕设立，为1879年《最高法院法》〔Supreme Court of Judicature Act〕所废止，现为中央办公室〔central office〕的一部分。 (2)(破产法院)登记书记官 1732年设立，1842年废止，后其职责移转至首席破产登记官〔Chief Registrar in Bankruptcy〕。
