Clerks of Indictments

Clerks of Indictments 〈英〉(中央刑事法院〔Central Criminal Court〕及其巡回法庭的)公诉状书记官 负责起草对罪犯的公诉状，为助理书记官〔Clerk of Arraigns〕的助手。该职位为1946年《司法组织法》〔Judicature Act〕所废止。
