cohort analysis 〈美〉组群测试 这是在僱佣歧视的诉讼中测试是否有种族歧视的一种方法，即对开始时程度相同的一组僱员经过一定观察期间的调查，对其薪金、晋职等情况进行比较研究，以判断雇佣中是否存在歧视〔discrimination〕。
