concessi 〈拉〉(古)我已授予 古时财产权转让中的一个专用语，特指不动产租赁权的转让。它并不产生类似封赠〔feoffment〕、赠与〔grant〕及出租与弃权〔lease and release〕那样的后果，比如在这些情况下出让人要为受让人提供权利担保〔warranty〕，而「我已授予」只是创设了一个定期租赁的合约。
