concurrent conditions

concurrent conditions 同时履行的条件 指合同中的条件，一方当事人对其允诺内容的履行是以对方当事人履行其允诺为条件的；换言之，它们是使合同得到同时履行〔performed simultaneously〕的共同条件〔mutual conditions〕，如果一方当事人已作好履行准备或提出履行，则另一方当事人亦须履行，否则构成违约。亦写作「conditions concurrent」。
