conventional law 约定法；协议法 来源于相关主体间有约束力的协议，具有法律效力并由法院认可的规则。加入社团、工会、合伙或公司的成员应受该机构或其主管机构制定的规则的约束。一般国内法允许制定这类规则，只要合法制定并且不违反一般国内法的规则，就会得到认可和执行。
