conveyancing counsel to the court of chancery 〈英〉衡平法院财产转让法律顾问团 1852年《衡平法院法》〔Court of Chancery Act〕授权御前大臣〔Lord Chancellor〕任命不少于6名、至少做过10年财产转让顾问工作的律师作为衡平法院的财产转让顾问，就有关财产转让事务向法院或法官提供帮助。根据1873年《司法组织法》〔Judicature Act〕，顾问团转至最高法院〔Supreme Court〕，人数改为3至6人。
