covin n. (古)诈害密谋 指两个或两个以上的人以欺诈或损害他人的利益为目的而订立的秘密协议。这一密约仅仅会产生使交易无效的后果，而不会导致诸如欺诈或共谋行为所应承担的法律责任。现在该词已不再使用，相应的意义已为「deceit」、「fraud」、「collusion」、「conspiracy to defraud」等所取代。
