credit insurance 信用保险；信贷保险 该保险主要指当债权人因债务人不能偿付或拒绝偿付债务而遭受损失时由保险人赔偿的一种保险。通常有出口信用保险、抵押信用保险等。该保险还指对于不同寻常的坏账损失〔bad debt losses〕予以赔偿的保险。若损失超出规定数额，则由保险公司赔偿被保险人。该种保险一般会提供给制造商、批发商和某些服务公司，特别是广告公司，但很少提供给零售商。
