defeasance clause (抵押物)权利回复条款 确保在抵押条件满足后，抵押人〔mortgagor〕恢复其原有权利的条款。该条款允许抵押人即债务人，通过清偿债务来撤销他人对被抵押的不动产所享有的一切权益，从而使对该抵押物的暂时的、附条件的转让无效。
