Dumping Act
Dumping Act 〈美〉《反倾销法》 关于反倾销的联邦法律。该法要求美国商务部长〔Secretary of Commerce〕在确定外国商品正在或可能在美国或其他地方以低于其公平价格的价格销售之情事以后，即应通知美国国际贸易委员会〔U.S. International Trade Commission/USITC〕，如果国际贸易委员会确认此种进口对美国同类产品的国内销售造成了损害或损害威胁，则可下令停止这种进口或征收反倾销税。 (→antidumping law)
