fee tail 限嗣继承地产(权) 这种地产的继承只限于特定的继承人，通常是土地拥有者的直系卑亲属〔issue〕。另外这种限定可以指限定于一类人，如某妻所生的子女，也可指限定于某一个人等。一旦持有这种地产，除持有者本人享用终身外，还可沿特定方向往下传承，直至不再有符合条件的继承人时，该地产终止。
