general words
general words 〈英〉全面性词句 在对土地的转让、抵押等转让文书上，不但详细写明可能归属于该项土地的各种特权和附加权利，而且详细描述土地的划分、附着物及产品(如林木)，称为「全面性词句」。由于1925年《财产法》〔Law of Property Act〕对这些情况已经作出规定，这类词句现已删除不用。
