good behavior 品行良好；行为端正 指守纪律的、合法的行为，平和守法的公民应有的品行。在对刑事被告人宣告缓刑的裁判中，「品行良好」仅指其行为符合法律的规定。根据美国有些州的刑事制度，犯人每「品行良好」一天可减少刑期一天。 (→goodtime allowance)
