Good Samaritan doctrine 〈美〉行善人原则 侵权法上的一项原则,某人在对处于紧急危险中的他人进行救助时受伤的,则其可以对因过错而造成危险的人提起诉讼要求赔偿,并且对其不得适用混合过失原则〔contributory negligence〕,除非其救助意图或救助行为不合理。该原则的目的在于对见义勇为者给予更多的法律保护,在美国大多数州制定有相应的法律。「行善人」〔Good Samaritan〕源于基督教《圣经》的《路加福音》。 (→emergency doctrine)
