Hansard 〈英〉《汉萨德英国议会议事录》 逐字逐句记录英国议会辩论的官方报告，因相当长历史时期内为汉萨德家族所编辑而得名。现由皇家文书署〔H.M. Stationery Office〕每日、每周出版一部分，并定期出版装订成册的汇集本，亦有每周和每届会期的索引出版。上议院和下议院各有单独的报告出版，下议院各常设委员会的辩论亦有部分和汇集成册的报告出版，《汉萨德英国议会议事录》除对议会发言逐字逐句完整记录外，还记录了对质询的答覆，无论此答覆是书面的还是口头的。而且议事录还记载了议会成员分组投票的情况。现代已被接受下来的规则是在法院寻求解释制定法的指导意见时，议事录不能在辩论中被援用。
