Hatch Act 〈美〉《哈奇法》 禁止联邦、州或地方政府僱员参加特定政治活动的一部联邦法律。该法宣布受雇于行政机关的任何人的下列行为为非法:利用其职权或影响达到干预选举或影响选举结果的目的;或者虽然他可以以对政治问题和候选人享有选择权和发表意见的权利而坚持有投票权,但却积极参与政治管理或政治运动。
