historic bay (国际法)历史性海湾 海岸属同一国家，湾口宽度超过两岸领海宽度的海湾。由于沿海国在长期的历史中对这样的海湾主张并连续行使主权，且该主权得到国际社会的默认，这样的海湾即构成历史性海湾，在法律地位上被认为是一国内水的组成部分。
