Industrial Court
Industrial Court 〈英〉劳资法庭 1919年创设，由劳资双方代表组成，均由劳工部部长〔Secretary of State for Employment〕委派，处理劳资纠纷案件。1974年改名为劳资仲裁委员会〔Industrial Arbitration Board〕。 (→Industrial Arbitration Board)
