judex 〈拉〉 (1)(古)陪审员 (2)(大陆法)法官 (3)(罗马法)承审员 由裁判官或其他长官指定并经当事人同意的审判官，由其听审和判决案件。罗马的承审员最初是从有资格的一些人中进行挑选，后来承审员本身也成为法官。故该词在罗马的不同时期有不同指义。 (→in judicio; in jure)
